Dr. Joe SanfelippoDr. Joe Sanfelippo is the Superintendent of the Fall Creek School District in Fall Creek, WI. The Fall Creek School District was named 1 of 10 Innovative Districts in 2016 by the International Center for Leadership in Education. Joe holds a BA in Elementary and Early Childhood Education, a MS in Educational Psychology, a MS in Educational Leadership, and a PhD in Leadership, Learning, and Service. He is also an adjunct professor in the Educational Leadership Department at Viterbo University. Joe has taught Kindergarten, 2nd Grade, 5th Grade and was also a school counselor and high school coach prior to taking on an elementary principal position in 2005.

He co-hosts the Successful Schools Podcast and co-authored The Power of Branding: Telling Your School’s Story, Principal Professional Development: Leading Learning in a Digital Age, and Hacking Leadership: 10 Ways Great Leaders Inspire Learning That Teachers, Students, and Parents Love. Joe was selected as 1 of 117 Future Ready Superintendents in 2014 and 1 of 50 Superintendents as a Personalized Learning Leader in 2016 by the US Department of Education. Go Crickets!!



Dr. Mark WilsonDr. Mark Wilson is an educator who travels across the country to encourage people. He has spoken in the halls of Congress and has been invited to the White House to meet the President. He is a speaker, teacher, leadership coach, and author who believes in the joy of learning and the power of curiosity.

During his thirty-year career, Dr. Wilson has been a classroom teacher, coach, assistant principal, transportation supervisor, adult education instructor, drivers education teacher and principal. While he served as the principal of Morgan County High School in Madison, Georgia, his students and teachers were phenomenal, and their success led to him being named the National Principal of the Year.

At MCHS, Dr. Wilson and his teachers created a “Math and Science Academy” that led to a significant number of students pursuing careers in math, science, and engineering. While principal, he taught the MSA students their AP United States History course, focusing on the role of science and technology in America’s growth.
